The Owners of the Office Park
The owners, Munich-based Terrafinanz GmbH & Co. KG and h & h GmbH, established their Budapest subsidiary, Terradom Kft., in 1990.
Their aim was to create Hungary’s first office park based on a Western European model. A key question was where to find a location that would best meet all requirements. This is why Budaörs was chosen, a town that has undergone significant development over the past decades.
With its favourable location and excellent local conditions, Budaörs warmly welcomed the arrival of multinational companies. This led to the creation of Terrapark, a unique gem of the office real estate market that continues to welcome new tenants to its office spaces.
